Zusammenfassung

Siemens Healthineers is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Operations professional to serve as the administrator of JobDiva, our Applicant Tracking System. You will set up access, partner with stakeholders, and optimize the ATS to support the business needs across credentialing, payroll, and system management.

You will manage reporting across multiple systems, work with Operations teams, and take on other duties as assigned.

Qualifikationen

• Subject matter expert with JobDiva
• 10+ years experience in a Healthcare staffing organization
• Comfortable working within several separate systems/tools to review, interpret or enter data
• Strong project management, writing, and verbal communication skills
• High school Diploma or GED equivalent required; preferably Bachelor degree in business, marketing, human resources or related field

The base pay range for this position is:

$71,130 - $97,801

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
