Responsibilities include coordinating programs, managing CRM and LMS (Zoho and TalentLMS), creating professional PowerPoint/Google Slides, participant materials, and program resources, plus assisting with events and communications.

The Quality Coach® is seeking a highly organized Operations Specialist to support our leadership development programs, client experiences, marketing initiatives, and day-to-day operations.
