The Opportunity

MedPage Today, a property of EHG, is searching for an Operations Specialist to join our team. The Operations Specialist is primarily responsible for quality assurance of digital-marketing campaign performance data and internal campaign metadata set-up. The role involves working cross-functionally with multiple teams to onboard client data specifications and digital assets for new marketing campaigns, requiring high attention to detail and strong communication skills to liaise between external stakeholders and internal data operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and implement client custom data reporting specifications
  • Coordinate with Account Executive, Operations Team, and Data Science team to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of campaign Data Feeds
  • Build and maintain quality relationships with clients' data analytics teams
  • Track data needs and report on status and forecast to senior management
  • Utilize proprietary systems and tools for campaign tracking, set-up, and QA
  • QA digital asset metadata for accuracy of campaign identifiers
  • Collaborate with Process Analyst and Tech team on system and process improvements
  • Meet deadlines consistently and accurately
  • Understand and ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies
  • Contribute to new product roll-outs and process improvements
Job Qualifications
  • 2+ years in digital data operations or project management
  • 4-year college degree or relevant certification
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Understanding of the medical/pharmaceutical regulatory environment
  • Knowledge of digital content and marketing platforms
  • Knowledge of SQL or similar is a plus
  • Familiarity with Google Suite, JIRA, and Salesforce
  • High attention to detail in data entry and auditing
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues promptly
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and confidence
