Qualifications

• 5+ years in insurance operations with a focus on process improvement or redesign.
• Experience designing or implementing operating model transformations.
• Ability to analyze and document complex cross-functional processes.
• Experience with process cost analysis, capacity planning and resource modeling.
• Track record of partnering with stakeholders to support strategic initiatives.
• Strong project management skills across multiple workstreams.
• Experience with platform migrations, automation or digital transformation projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Visio, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Word.
• Knowledge of automation technologies such as RPA and workflow automation.
• Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and organizational design frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand processes and dependencies.
• Lead operational analysis to identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities.

Additionally, this position involves ongoing partnership with field teams, offering continuous support for process innovation and optimization. The Operations Specialist acts as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, helps identify bottlenecks and champions best practices to improve daily operations. The role also entails cross-functional collaboration, assessing capabilities, preparing strategic reports, and supporting the implementation of new operating models and technology solutions. Success requires a strong understanding of insurance operations, stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions that align with business strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years in insurance operations with a focus on process improvement or redesign

Pay Range

The anticipated pay for this position is $55.00 per hour. We understand salary is an important factor in a job search, and we encourage you to apply even if you feel that your desired compensation may fall outside of the listed range. The final pay for this position is determined based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant experience, skills and certifications, education and training, geographic location, market conditions, and internal equity.
