Job summary

This role will support trade support, reconciliations, settlements and corporate actions across multiple asset classes, placing you at the center of the investment process and exposing you to portfolio managers, technology teams and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of middle office or investment operations experience.
• Experience supporting the full trade life cycle and post-trade processing.
• Knowledge of corporate actions and asset servicing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, including event processing and elections
• Investigate and resolve trade, cash, and position breaks

This individual will play a key role in supporting trade support, reconciliations, settlements, and corporate actions across multiple asset classes. The position sits at the center of the investment process and offers exposure to portfolio managers, technology teams and other stakeholders.

This candidate will have experience supporting the full trade life cycle within a hedge fund, asset manager, investment bank, or fund administrator and be comfortable operating in a fast paced environment.
