Job Overview

Schneider is seeking an Operations Specialist in Delaware, OH to be accountable for working with drivers, improving day-to-day processes, increasing business efficiencies and completing administrative processes. The Operations Specialist will accomplish this work through using tracking systems and working with other team members.

Responsibilities

• Assign freight to company drivers.


• Ensure optimal use of driver capacity.


• Provide feedback to leaders about challenges related to capacity and customers.


• Work closely with drivers and customers to solve issues that arise.

Skills And Qualifications

• Non-exempt U.S. office associates working a minimum of 4 continuous hours between the hours of 4pm - 5am local time, receive a $1.25 per hour differential for hours worked or $2.00 per hour for weekend hours (Weekend hours worked between 9pm Friday - 5am Monday).
