Job summary

BYD America Corporation is seeking a qualified operations professional to manage quotations for forklifts and chargers, oversee inventory, and support the sales team and dealers with order specifications. You will process forklift and charger orders, coordinate delivery, maintain spec sheets, and track new product development and certifications.

Proficiency in SAP and fluent English and Chinese are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent in English and Chinese for daily operations.
• 3+ years of experience in operations or logistics.

Responsibilities

• Process and handle operations for forklift and charger orders.
• Coordinate delivery and fulfillment of forklift and charger orders.
• Maintain product one-pagers and spec sheets.
• Track progress of new product development and certifications.
• Process inbound and outbound in SAP.
• Reconcile order data with Finance.
• Assist with other duties as directed by management.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage quotations for forklifts and chargers and maintain updated quotation sheets.
• Oversee inventory management for forklifts, chargers, batteries, and other materials related to vehicle delivery.
• Address inquiries from the sales team and dealers regarding order specifications, lead times, and other related questions.
• Process and handle operations related to forklift and charger orders.
• Coordinate the delivery and fulfillment of forklift and charger orders.
• Maintain and update product one-pagers (spec sheets).
• Track the progress of new product development and certifications.
• Prepare and create vehicle nameplates.
• Process inbound and outbound in the SAP system.
• Reconcile order data with the Finance team. 1
• Handle other tasks and assignments as directed by management.

• More than three years of working experience
• Be able to use both Chinese and English as working languages fluently
