Salary Range: 55,000–55,000–75,000 per year

Summary

Handle end-to-end cross-border logistics operations: booking, documentation, shipment tracking, exception resolution, data entry, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process air/ocean bookings, customs docs, and track shipments
• Resolve exceptions (delays, damages, customs issues)
• Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, last-mile carriers
• Maintain accurate data in WMS
• Support cost reconciliation and billing
• Generate operational reports (transit time, carrier performance)

Requirements

• 1+ year international freight forwarding or cross-border logistics experience
• Familiar with WMS/TMS; Lingxing experience a plus
• Detail-oriented and accountable
• Bilingual in English and Chinese
• Basic knowledge of U.S. customs clearance preferred
• Willing to work on-site near O‘Hare after initial period
• Flexible work from home options available
