Job summary

Crisis24 in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to serve as the main liaison among clients, vendors, and internal teams. You will schedule EP agents and drivers worldwide, support GSOC with security plans and risk assessments, and manage travel logistics.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work nights or odd hours. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience is preferred, and confidentiality is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent military experience.
  • Experience in Executive Protection, Intelligence, Operations, Critical Incident Management, Corporate Security, Crisis Management, or Emergency Response.
  • Willing to sign an NDA and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional demeanor during stressful situations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic situations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Coordinate client schedules with ground teams and support Executive Protection operations, data tracking, and information flow.
  • Request, schedule, and track EP agents, drivers, and related services globally.
  • Support GSOC managers with presentations, security operation plans, risk assessments, and executive summaries.
  • Manage travel and logistics for agents and drivers, including flights, hotels, and rental vehicles.
  • Answer phone calls and disseminate information to relevant parties.
  • Prepare travel briefs, dispatch confirmations, situation reports, and client-facing documentation.
  • Coordinate all logistical communication related to pickups, routing, vehicle needs, and regional threat considerations.
  • Review client requests, cost estimates, statements of work, and ensure services align with client requirements.
  • Monitor project timelines, risks, and issues while providing solutions and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, directives, and national/regional regulations.
  • Resolve operational issues, client concerns, and service satisfaction matters.
  • Participate in meetings, facilitate discussions, and communicate updates, policies, and decisions across teams.
  • Maintain operational records, reports, logs, and internal controls to protect client assets and personnel.

Required and Preferred Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is strongly preferred. Either bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience.
  • Interest or direct experience in Executive Protection, Intelligence, Operations, Critical Incident Management, Corporate Security, Crisis Management, or Emergency Response.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Suite, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other similar tools.
  • Willing to sign an NDA and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Professional demeanor during stressful situations.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and excel in dynamic situations.
  • Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
  • Successful client management experience.
  • History of effective conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to attend training events that fall outside normal work hours.
  • Ability to work night shifts.
Work Environment & Physical/Mental Demands
  • Must undergo and meet company standards for background and reference checks, and drug tests if required.
  • Exposure to sensitive and confidential information.
  • Regular computer usage.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Manual dexterity required for occasional reaching and lifting of small objects and operating office equipment.
  • Occasional reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching and/or crawling.
  • Flexible with the ability to work evenings, odd hours, and weekends with little notice.
  • Frequent sitting and/or standing.
Training Schedule

All new hires will complete a mandatory training period from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, for the first two weeks before transitioning to their assigned shift.
