Our team is driven by collaboration and a shared mission: to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients and continued growth for our advisors and our firm.

Position Overview

The Operations Specialist plays an integral role in supporting Seventy2 Capital's operational and strategic initiatives. Working directly with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, this individual will contribute to the planning and execution of firm-wide projects that touch every aspect of our business - from advisor onboarding and technology optimization to compliance, HR, and client experience.

This is a high-impact, hands-on position suited for a motivated professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in driving results. The Operations Associate serves as both a connector and an executor - helping to ensure that ideas move from strategy to successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the CEO and/or COO to plan, coordinate, and execute key operational and strategic initiatives across all departments.
  • Collaborate with leadership, advisors, and functional teams to help ensure alignment, accountability, and progress toward firm goals.
  • Maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, providing updates and clear communication across stakeholders.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of new technology platforms, workflows, and processes that enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Assist in the operational onboarding of new advisors, staff, and client teams.
  • Partner with the Compliance team on special projects and operational initiatives to help ensure the firm continues to meet regulatory and procedural excellence.
  • Collect and analyze operational data to identify process improvements and performance trends.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications for leadership meetings and firm updates.
  • Contribute to building a culture of operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Executive support
  • Provides targeted administrative assistance to senior leadership, helping to ensure priorities and deadlines are consistently met.
  • Coordinates meetings, schedules, and time blocks to maximize executive productivity and reduce conflicts.
  • Drafts, organizes, and manages executive-level correspondence with clarity, professionalism, and discretion.
  • Maintains files, prepares materials, and supports workflow efficiency across shifting priorities.
  • Oversees meeting prep, agendas, follow-ups, and cross-team coordination.
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of trust, judgment, and professionalism.
  • Anticipates needs, identifies gaps, and helps to ensure the executive’s time is spent on high-value activities.
  • Provides reliable support even in a part-time capacity, reinforcing consistency and organizational excellence.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in operations, project management, or business administration (preferably in financial services or wealth management).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of leadership.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM or project-management tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity, initiative, and a team-first mindset.
Why Join Seventy2 Capital
  • Direct mentorship from firm leadership, including the Chief Operating Officer.
  • Exposure to all aspects of the firm’s business operations and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Collaborative, high-performance culture that values innovation, integrity, and impact.
  • Opportunity to be sponsored for all relevant securities licensing (e.g., FINRA Series 7, 66, and other applicable registrations) as your career grows within the firm.
