Louis Vuitton is seeking an Operations Specialist for a new Bal Harbour freestanding location. You will optimize back-of-house operations, uphold brand standards and support the boutique's elevated client experience under the guidance of the Operations Manager.

The role focuses on improving efficiency, maintaining store facilities, and ensuring flawless execution of processes while delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury retail setting.

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $27-$30 an hour plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions - *pending hours worked.
