Job summary

Schneider is seeking an Operations Specialist in Atchison, KS to collaborate with drivers and improve day-to-day processes, driving efficiencies through tracking systems and teamwork.

Responsibilities include assigning freight, maximizing driver capacity, and addressing capacity or customer challenges with drivers and partners. This on-site role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. in the first shift.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• One year of operations experience preferred.
• Have strong written and oral communication skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities.
