FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Operations Software Analyst Seniors in Jacksonville, FL to provide technical support activities for a production processing environment. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and supporting applications and major IT system components, customizing IT operations management software, analyzing and resolving application failures, providing technical assistance, creating documentation, working closely with clients to understand requirements, developing solutions, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining supporting application components. The role may also involve leadership, system architecture communication, technical documentation, user education, and support of disaster recovery plans.
Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, along with five (5) years of experience in a similar role. Experience should include team leadership, command line mastery of Windows and Linux, scripting languages (Python, PowerShell), networking, routing, load balancers, VPNs, communication protocols (FTP, SFTP, SSL, HTTPS), monitoring tools (CA UIM, Thousand Eyes, APM, SCAPM), source control (Artifactory, SVN, GIT, Bitbucket), configuration management (Ansible, Puppet), automation tools (Jenkins, Kubernetes), logging tools (Splunk, Greylog), security administration (SSH, TLS), database management (Oracle, SQL), J2EE platform, Java support (Tomcat, Weblogic, Apache), and ITIL practices.
