Job Description

FIS Management Services, LLC seeks Operations Software Analyst Seniors in Jacksonville, FL to provide technical support activities for a production processing environment. Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and supporting applications and major IT system components, customizing IT operations management software, analyzing and resolving application failures, providing technical assistance, documenting software status, and working closely with clients to ensure solutions align with business and IT strategies.

The role involves developing technical solutions, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining application components, suggesting process improvements, and possibly providing leadership to other technical staff. Additional duties include communicating system architecture, writing technical documentation, educating users, and supporting disaster recovery plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in related roles, including team leadership and technical escalation
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux command line, scripting languages (Python, PowerShell), networking protocols, monitoring tools, source control, configuration management, automation tools, logging tools, security administration, database management, J2EE platform, Java support, and ITIL practices
