McDonald’s is seeking a Senior Supervisor for multi-unit operations in Northeast Texas. This role will oversee seven restaurants, managing one Area Supervisor and seven General Managers to ensure top operational performance and guest satisfaction.

The position emphasizes leadership, staff development, and execution of corporate standards across all units, with a focus on growth and community engagement. Must reside in or relocate to Northeast Texas.

Job Title: Senior Supervisor – Multi-Unit Operations (Northeast Texas)

Location: Northeast Texas (Must reside locally or be willing to relocate prior to start)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Supervisor to lead operations across 7 McDonald’s restaurants in Northeast Texas. This critical leadership role will be responsible for overseeing one Area Supervisor and seven General Managers , ensuring high standards in operational performance, team development, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
