COLSA is seeking an Operations Security (OPSEC) Planner (Temp) to provide analytical and advisory support to the Marine Corps OPSEC Team (MOST). On-site in Quantico, VA, with periodic travel, the position supports doctrine, policies, and processes to facilitate the Marine Corps OPSEC mission.
The role includes conducting OPSEC assessments, developing a systems engineering approach for MOST, coordinating with DoD and Joint Staff, and assisting with MILDEC and SIGMAN initiatives.
This is a full-time position expected to last through the return of an employee on military leave August 2026 with the potential to extend through February 2027

This position will further support other OPSEC related functions as part of the mission of the Marine Corps Information Operations Center. This position may require periodic travel and off-site support and requires being on-site in Quantico, VA.

COLSA considers various factors when determining base salary offers, but not limited to, location, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
