Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen required.
• Experience in a customer service call center environment a plus.
• Experience with a Workforce Management System or Scheduling System a plus.
• Prior construction experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs to recommend products or services.
• Learn the software systems used by the company for inquiries.
• Process orders, forms, applications, or requests.
• Maintain strong communication with teammates and clients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
