Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of the Mainline is seeking a Full-Time Operations / Scheduling Supervisor in our Broomall office. This leadership role oversees caregiver scheduling, HR tasks, and office operations Monday through Friday to ensure smooth service delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, on-boarding, payroll processes, and maintaining calendars while leading team meetings. On-call duties include 2 nights per week and 2 weekends per month with additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Staffing experience preferred but not required.
• Administrative writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule caregivers with clients and communicate to all parties.
• Document client and caregiver information in scheduling software.
• Respond to questions about schedules.
• Confirm and update caregiver availability and credentials.
• Lead applicant to employee interviews and onboarding.
• Perform full HR cycle tasks (phone screening, interviews, paperwork).
• Maintain calendars and lead office staff meetings.
• Support team by handling operations tasks.
• Answer inbound calls and greet walk-ins.
• Manage all operations of the business.
• Design and implement office policies and procedures.
• Provide management with reports and trend summaries.
• Distribute payroll and coach staff through challenges.
• Execute process improvement projects.
• Rotate On-Call – 2 nights/week and 2 weekends/month (on-call pay).
