Job summary

SRS Distribution Inc. in Scarbro, WV is seeking an Operation Support & Sales Specialist to assist Area Managers with operations, fleet management, and sales support, while upholding safety and corporate policies.

You will work closely with Area Managers to meet mutual goals, support other activities as needed, and ensure the genuine customer service our customers demand, with emphasis on teamwork and initiative.

Qualifications

• Some college or a degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of related work experience.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare action plans by accounts & product line through effective search of sales leads & prospects. Be proficient in product knowledge to assist the customer in buying decisions. Provide timely and accurate competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval. Support Area Managers in managing operational costs. Actively anticipate operational risks and create solutions and/or preventative measures. Assist Area Managers with MORA inspections. Play a key role in achieving operations goals set by the Area Manager. Assures compliance with the Safety and Loss Control Program. Manage customer files.
