Job description

Arch is a U.S.-based, regulated digital-asset lending platform providing over-collateralized loans backed by Bitcoin and other major cryptocurrencies. We serve high-net-worth individuals, businesses, miners, funds, and family offices seeking liquidity without selling long-term crypto holdings.

Arch is ranked as the safest centralized (CeFi) crypto lender, reflecting our conservative risk management, qualified custody model, and strict no-rehypothecation policy. We operate with institutional-grade legal, operational, and compliance standards built to perform across market cycles.

Arch maintains Excellent Trustpilot ratings from hundreds of verified users, underscoring our transparency, execution quality, and white-glove client experience.

Since launch, Arch has originated hundreds of millions of dollars in loans and continues to scale through new products, structured financing, and partnerships across crypto-native and traditional financial markets.

We are a small, high-ownership team that values precision, speed, and accountability—and we take pride in building durable financial infrastructure.

About the Role

Arch is hiring an Operations Specialist to join our team. You'll take ownership of detail-intensive, high-trust workflows that support day-to-day operations, working closely with senior members of our team.

This role offers a ground-floor look at how a fast-growing financial services company operates, and is a strong fit for a recent graduate or an early-career professional looking to build a broad operational foundation.

What You’ll Do
  • Support core operational workflows in accordance with internal policies and procedures, including client onboarding, collateral withdrawals, verifications, and loan payments
  • Review, process, and track time-sensitive requests, and work with engineering to automate these processes
  • Maintain accurate records and support reconciliation across internal systems
  • Conduct and lead client verification processes for new and existing clients in line with Arch’s security procedures and onboarding process.
  • Assist in preparing recurring internal and external reports
  • Support cross-functional projects and administrative tasks as they arise
What We’re Looking For
Required
  • 0–2 years of professional experience; recent graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over your work
  • High level of personal integrity, reliability, and communication skills
  • Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Comfort learning and working across a variety of internal software and communication tools
  • Ability to learn quickly and manage key workflows with minimal supervision
  • Must be based in New York, NY; this role is on-site
Strong Plus
  • Prior exposure to crypto or fintech, even through coursework, internships, or personal interest
  • Comfort working with structured data and reporting tools
Why Join Us
  • Ground-floor access: understand how a real operating business runs end-to-end
  • Ownership: real accountability for workflows that matter, not a support-ticket queue
