Overview:

Quantum Research International, Inc. (Quantum) is a certified DoD Contractor providing services and products to US/Allied governments and industry in the following main areas: (1) Cybersecurity, High Performance Computing Systems, Cloud Services and Systems; (2) Space and Ground Support Systems; (3) Aviation Systems; (4) Missile Systems; (5) Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning Systems and Experimentation/Training; and (6) Audio Visual Systems and Services. Quantum's Corporate Office is in Huntsville, AL, but Quantum actively hires for positions nationwide and internationally. We pride ourselves on providing high quality support to the U.S. Government and our Nation's Warfighters. In addition to our corporate office, we have physical locations in Aberdeen; MD; Colorado Springs, CO; Orlando, FL; Crestview, FL; and Tupelo, MS.

Mission:

The position is to be part of a dynamic team that provides program management services, scientific services, engineering services, logistics services, financial services, and ancillary services in support of the U.S. Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO), including the Directed Energy Project Office (DEPO), Advanced Concepts and Critical Technologies (ACCT) Project Office, Cyber, Electronic Warfare and Information Dominance (CEID) [formerly known as Computing and Electronics Security Dominance (CESD)) Project Office, Rapid Acquisition Prototyping Project Office (RAPPO), Counter-small Unmanned Aerial Systems Project Office (C-sUAS), Multi-Domain Artillery Cannon System Project Office (MDACS PO), Joint Program Executive Office Guam Defense System (JPEO GDS) and any other project offices stood up for the RCCTO missions. The services and support are intended to maximize the operational capability and efficiency of RCCTO by providing personnel with the necessary skill levels and expertise to support the Government in the execution of rapid prototyping and delivering residual combat capabilities that address immediate, near-term, and mid-term threats faced by Army operational units.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions. May collect and analyze data and develop decision support software, service, or products. May develop and supply optimal time, cost, or logistics networks for program evaluation, review, or implementation.
  • Initiates, supervises, and/or develops requirements from a project's inception to conclusion for complex to extremely complex programs.
  • Provides strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to program and project staff.
  • Provides detailed analysis, evaluation and recommendations for improvements, optimization development, and/or maintenance efforts for client-specific or mission critical challenges/issues.
  • Provides consultation on defining a need or problem.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years' experience
  • Master's degree
  • Recognized Industry Leader with familiarity in the fields of air & Missile defense to include command & control, sensors, and effectors.
  • SECRET Clearance
