Responsibilities

• Track shipments in real time and communicate status updates accurately and promptly.
• Build and manage loads within our transportation management system.
• Source and book carrier coverage for open freight.
• Support the Operations Manager in day-to-day account management.
• Maintain onsite presence and serve as a point of contact for account needs.
• Help drive the growth of a large, enterprise-level customer account.
• Collaborate with the broader CargoVolt team to ensure seamless execution.
