Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate in California to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role supports the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager with a focus on performance, people, and process, while adhering to company standards.

The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to follow procedures. It offers full-time hours with a benefits-eligible package including health and other insurances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with basic technology and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including the shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to enable continuous professional development and drive sales performance.
• Be knowledgeable of and ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies and standards.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty’s dress code.
