Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Task Associate to support store operations, product availability, and guest service. You will help maintain cleanliness, stock fixtures, and execute merchandise resets and inventory procedures across the sales floor.

You will work with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to meet performance targets, adhere to policies, and provide exceptional guest service. Flexibility for shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and replenishment processes.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training to drive sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, dress code, and procedures.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
