Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading maintenance, reliability, or operational organizations.
• Experience implementing enterprise operational systems and governance models.
• Exposure to IoT, predictive maintenance, or AI-enabled operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise-wide operations strategy.
• Lead field operations, maintenance, reliability engineering and scheduling.
• Drive safety and operational excellence across regions.
• Build governance frameworks and standardized work.
• Partner with Finance and Safety on KPIs and costs.
