Proformance Builder Solutions in Orlando, FL is seeking an Operations Recruitment Coordinator to build and maintain a pipeline of subcontractor crews for roofing, siding, and related trades. You will own the subcontractor relationship from first contact through onboarding.

This role requires bilingual English/Spanish, 2+ years of high-volume recruiting in construction or skilled trades, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in HR or business.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting, preferably in construction or skilled trades.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and onboard roofing, siding, house wrap, and subcontractors.
• Forecast labor needs with Operations Leadership to keep markets staffed.
• Build lead pipelines through trade associations, suppliers, job boards, referrals, and outreach.
• Present scope of work, payment terms, and expectations to crews.
• Collect onboarding docs (W-9, COI, Master Trade Agreement, payment forms) and confirm state compliance.
• Complete onboarding within the CRM and maintain the subcontractor tracking sheet.
• Report weekly on pipeline, onboarding volume, and market coverage gaps.
• Travel across markets as needed to meet crews and support onboarding.

About the role

The Operations Recruitment Coordinator builds and maintains ProBLD's pipeline of qualified subcontractor crews. You will own the subcontractor relationship from first contact through onboarding completion, making sure every market has the labor it needs to keep jobs on schedule

Duties and Responsbilities

• Source, recruit, and onboard roofing, siding, house wrap, and soffit/fascia subcontractors.
• Partner with Operations Leadership (Directors & Managers) to forecast labor needs and keep each market staffed with enough crews
• Build lead pipelines through trade associations, supplier relationships, licensing databases, job boards, social media, referrals, and field outreach
• Present ProBLD's scope of work, payment terms, and expectations to prospective crews
• Collect and verify all required onboarding documentation (W-9, COI, Master Trade Agreement, payment and ACH forms) and confirm state compliance before a crew begins work
• Complete onboarding within the companies CRM
• Maintain the subcontractor tracking sheet: lead source, market, trade, crew size, capacity, and status
• Report weekly on pipeline, onboarding volume, and market coverage gaps
• Travel across markets as needed to meet crews, attend trade events, and support onboarding

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken), required
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably high-volume, construction, skilled trades, or equivalent.
• Comfortable negotiating with and building rapport with crew owners and field teams
• Highly organized; able to manage multiple markets and a large pipeline at once
• Working knowledge of COI, W-9, and contractor compliance requirements a plus
• Experience with Excel, and outreach tools; HRIS/ATS tools (Rippling a plus),
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight as needed
• Thrives in a fast-paced, field-driven environment

Pay: $25 - 28 per hour
