Winland Foods, Inc. is seeking an Operations Readiness Manager to coordinate the transition of new food products from development to full-scale manufacturing.

You will bridge R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure on-time, cost-effective launches meeting quality standards. You will report to the PMO Director with dotted line to the Operations Director, working in a hybrid setting with travel.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or product commercialization.
  • Knowledge of food manufacturing processes and plant operations is preferred.
  • Experience with new product launches or plant trials is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP) and commercialization processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, enterprise-wide projects through disciplined project management practices, overseeing schedules, milestones, risk mitigation, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Lead cost and feasibility assessments for new and reformulated products and network moves.
  • Develop and manage detailed project timelines for NPIs and network moves; ensure testing, line trials, and first production runs.
  • Coordinate plant trials, scale-ups, and ensure materials, equipment, and capacity readiness.
