The role reports to the Plant Engineering/Maintenance Manager and requires strong mechanical/electrical knowledge and CMMS experience. The position offers a night shift with flexibility, full-time employment, and a compensation range of $90,000–$110,000 plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; HS diploma or GED required.
  • 10+ years of maintenance manufacturing experience preferred, food manufacturing preferred.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge; CMMS experience (SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate maintenance schedules with Planner/Scheduler to meet organizational goals and PM compliance.
  • Frequently inspect facilities to detect problems and recommend repairs.
  • Oversee and enforce record-keeping practices (paper or electronic).
  • Supervise Maintenance Leads and Technicians under the Maintenance Manager.
  • Coach and train staff on technical skills to maintain plant assets.
  • Generate work orders, enter details, and assign tasks to team members.
  • Ensure on-time, on-budget completion while maintaining safety standards.
  • Collaborate with OEM vendors for capital equipment installation.
  • Monitor materials and spare parts inventory; support maintenance budgets.
