Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA assurance experience; healthcare industry preferred.
• Member Solutions background or experience preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in health insurance or consumer-directed products (HRAs, HSAs, FSAs) at an agency, TPA, health plan, or financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver timely and precise daily, weekly, and monthly distribution of quality audit reports, complete with data insights and actionable recommendations to address key business challenges.
• Enhance competitive differentiation through proactive process improvements with a solution-oriented approach.
• Conduct thorough root cause analyses to analyze and dissect performance trends.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop action plans for addressing quality issues and closing gaps, highlighting necessary corrective actions and recommendations to ensure compliance.
• Identify quality control trends necessitating targeted training for operational teams and new hires, while leading coaching initiatives, specialized programs, and projects to continuously improve operational quality performance.
