Operations Quality Enrichment Director (Finance)

Under the direction of the Legal Department, the Quality Enrichment Program Director, Operations is responsible for enhancing a culture of providing quality care and services to residents, promoting regulatory compliance, and advancing adherence to policies and procedures. This role leads strategic peer review initiatives focused on community operations and resident services.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting strategic peer review visits at senior living communities, focusing on community operations and resident services, including quality standards, regulatory compliance, and policy adherence.
  2. Assessing risks related to the operation of senior living communities and resident services.
  3. Compiling and reporting privileged and confidential findings to the Legal Department.
  4. Reviewing state regulatory agency surveys and other relevant materials to determine compliance levels.
  5. Collaborating with internal and external subject matter experts to develop and implement quality enrichment initiatives.
  6. Staying informed about senior living best practices, applicable regulations, and internal policies.
  7. Leading internal investigations in response to resident incidents or community practices, and reporting findings for further assessment.
