Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. Role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the 401(k) plan.

Under the direction of the Legal Department, the Quality Enrichment Program Director, Operations, is responsible for fostering a culture of quality care and services, promoting regulatory compliance, and advancing adherence to policies and procedures. This involves leading strategic peer reviews focused on community operations and resident services, including:
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in business management, healthcare management, gerontology, or a related field, with at least five years of experience in senior living operations or management. Active state senior living administrator certification is preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential. Ability to handle sensitive information, maintain confidentiality, and understand resident privacy rights is required.
This role requires significant travel (75-85%) by vehicle and air. A valid driver’s license is mandatory. Work may include evenings and weekends.
Under legal department supervision, uses independent judgment and critical thinking to conduct peer reviews, lead investigations, and promote quality and compliance standards.
