Job summary

FMH Conveyors, part of the Duravant family, seeks a Project Specialist to coordinate operational projects across Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Logistics. You will manage schedules, track milestones, and serve as a liaison to ensure timely shipments and clear status updates for customers.

This role supports project documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Operations Project Management team, contributing to efficient project execution and customer

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred in business, operations, supply chain, logistics or related field.
• 3–5+ years of project coordination, logistics or operations support experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and executing operational projects.
• Maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestone tracking tools.
• Coordinate outbound project-related shipments to customers and sites.
• Prepare project reports, dashboards, and progress summaries.
• Assist with document control and project-related reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and workflows.
