Job summary

US LBM Holdings, LLC's Arrow Building Center, Lampert Lumber and Lyman Lumber divisions are seeking an Operations Project Coordinator in Minnesota. You will support the business and help develop solutions to address challenges and achieve organizational goals.

The role requires 1-3 years in operational staff or project management, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency in MS Office. Bachelor's degree is preferred; PMP is a plus. The pay range is $25.00 - $32.00 per hour.

A Brief Overview

Pay Range: $25.00 - $32.00/hour

What You Will Do

• Document functional requirements, processes and procedures.
• Track and communicate project progress on to location management.
• Participate in LEAN process reviews, identify waste and assist with implementation of strategies to eliminate waste.
• Monitor and report on progress of project to location management.
• Build and maintain working relationships with team members, vendors, and other departments involved in the project.
• Support all office and production associates by troubleshooting, identifying problems, finding solutions or contacting other resources to resolve problems as necessary.
• Adhere to established safety rules and regulations and follow all safety procedures; maintain a safe environment.
• Comply with the attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.

Education Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Experience Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in an operational staff position or project management required.
• Experience in building materials industry required.

Skills and Abilities

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, writing skills, and highly organized.
• Proficiency in MS Office products.

Licenses and Certifications

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred.
