Role Description:
The Operations Program Manager for Manufacturing will lead the manufacturing expansion execution for Mill Commercial. We are looking for someone who can manage a fast‑paced program with calm and clarity when the pressure is high. This individual will interface both internally and externally, and must be able to represent Mill’s interests clearly and consistently. The OPM is a master communicator, gathering information from vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders and delivering clear and effective messaging to drive decisions.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $195k to $225k, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant. A wide range of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, market conditions, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs. At Mill, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
