BAE Systems in Wayne, New Jersey is seeking an Operations Program Manager for the Small Form Factor Solutions product line. The role serves as a liaison between project management, planning, customer, and factory teams to drive schedules, budgets, and quality.

Responsibilities include coordinating with supply chain, developing dual-source strategies, managing budgets, and delivering program milestones. Candidates should have manufacturing and supply chain experience and strong communications

Qualifications

Experience in a Manufacturing setting.
Excellent communications skills with cross-functional teams.
Supply chain experience/knowledge.
Manufacturing and supply data mining and analysis experience.

Responsibilities

Main focal point for the Program to include the Program Office, Customer and Factory teams.
Works with Supply Chain and specific programs to communicate priorities to factory teams.
Works with SFFS Supply Chain and procurement teams to develop and execute Dual Source Strategies.
Manages the programmes budgets, quality and schedule to meet programmatic deliverables.
Provide guidance to identify the need for technical back up for decision making to the project team.
Partnering with multiple factories across the country to remove roadblocks and provide leadership support.
Effectively holding functions accountable to action item closure and driving resolution.
