Job summary

Apple Inc. is seeking an experienced NPI Operations Manager to lead cross-functional programs from concept to mass production. You will influence manufacturability, drive schedule adherence, and ensure supply chain responsiveness while maintaining quality.

The role requires 5+ years in NPI/OPs or related fields, a technical mindset, and willingness to travel up to 20%. Base pay ranges reflect the opportunity to grow within Apple’s operations organization.

  • Lead all communications, upward and downward through the organization; raising key issues and options for resolution with executive teams

Description

OPMs are pivotal to the dynamic development and launch of Apple’s products. A successful NPI is a leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized and detail oriented; excels in program/ project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts.Furthermore, we lead within worldwide Operations and collaborate with the core product development team and other functional organizations within Apple.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Results driven and detail oriented project / program leadership experience
  • 5+ years experience in NPI Operations Management, Supply Chain or Product/Program Management.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Technical expertise combined with in-factory experience a plus
  • Engineering or technical degree preferred. MBA a plus.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,500 and $246,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
