Apple Inc. in Cupertino is seeking an experienced NPO Operations Program Manager for iPad & Accessories to lead the launch of products on time with high quality and maximum availability.

You will steer development builds, manage ramp readiness with Engineering, Operations and OEM teams, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet schedule and cost targets. The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.

Qualifications

• MS or BS Degree.

Description

The New Product Introduction Operations Program Manager (NPO) launches products ontime, with high quality and maximum customer availability. NPO’s are pivotal to the dynamic development and launch of Apple’s products. A successful NPO is a leader and facilitator; is dynamic, driven, organized and detail oriented; excels in program/project management; communicates with ease at all levels; thrives in an ambiguous environment and is adept at facilitating actions and resolving conflicts. Furthermore, we lead within worldwide Operations and collaborate with the core product development team and other functional organizations within Apple.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain or Product/Program Management
• MS or BS Degree

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong leader, self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented, hands-on and results driven
• Solid communication skills and ability to build strong relationship to influence cross functional teams
• Technical expertise and prior OEM management experience
• Masters or MBA are considered a plus

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,500 and $246,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
