Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA is seeking an Operations Program Manager to guide complex hardware programs from development through build, integration, test and delivery. This highly visible role sits at the intersection of programs, engineering, supply chain and operations, providing leadership across the full lifecycle of hardware programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, business or related field.
• 5 years professional experience in project/program management in commercial or defense industry.
• Eligibility for government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution to meet cost, schedule, and technical targets.
• Establish baseline for program performance measurement.
• Develop and update resource allocation plans and recruit key talent.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute programs from inception to completion.
• Manage all phases of programs and ensure customer requirements are met.
