Dover Corporation's Microwave Products Group (MPG) in Salisbury, MD is seeking an Operations Program Manager. The role coordinates Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Production to drive projects from inception to delivery.

Onsite work in Salisbury, MD, with emphasis on customer-facing activities and DoD-related program management. The position requires 5+ years in military/aerospace high-reliability environments, a Bachelor’s in a technical field, and PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to interface with customers and internal teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional project teams.
• Knowledge of government contracts and military standards (DoD clearance a plus).
• MBA or PMP preferred, or obtainable within 1 year.
