Responsabilités

• Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the organization.
• Review financial statements and data to improve profitability and control budgets and inventory.
• Improve processes and policies to maximize output; formulate and implement policies and procedures; monitor adherence.
• Plan the use of human resources; organize recruitment; supervise staff; evaluate performance.
• Coordinate production, warehousing, pricing and distribution; monitor quality and productivity; manage equipment maintenance; provide technical support.
• Monitor and improve the efficiency of support services (IT, HR, Accounts and Finance).
• Manage customer support; plan and support sales and marketing activities.
• Liaison with top management; assist in strategic planning and operational plan implementation.
