Job summary

Real Staffing in San Jose, CA seeks a hands-on manufacturing support engineer to provide first-line technical support for production, testing, and system integration.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support for manufacturing, system integration, and production testing activities.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-level test failures using structured problem-solving methods.

Requirements:

Preferred:

• Experience with robotics, automated test systems, or electromechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments (medical device, aerospace, automotive, etc.).
• Knowledge of CAPA, NCR, root cause analysis, and quality processes.
• Experience with Python, LabVIEW, MATLAB, SQL, or manufacturing data analysis tools.
