Job summary

Jobandtalent is recruiting an Operations Problem Solver in Richmond to ensure inventory accuracy and uphold quality compliance in a fast-paced warehouse. You will investigate discrepancies, perform root-c cause analysis, and document findings to support audits and GMP adherence.

The role requires experience with WMS systems, attention to detail, and the ability to work the Front Half Night shift in a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• More than 1 year of inventory control, cycle counts, or resolving inventory discrepancies.
• Ability to use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP, Manhattan, PKMS, Swisslog, or a similar inventory system.
• Ability to investigate inventory issues and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

Operations Problem Solver - Henrico - Richmond

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for an Operations Problem Solver to work with ID Logistics in Richmond. This role is essential for maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring quality compliance within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Shift Patterns

• Front Half Night (FHN)
• Sunday to Wednesday, 6:00 PM to 4:30 AM

Pay Rates

• 25.50 USD hourly

Must-have Requirements

• More than 1 year of inventory control, cycle counts, or resolving inventory discrepancies
• Ability to use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) such as SAP, Manhattan, PKMS, Swisslog, or a similar inventory system
• Ability to investigate inventory issues
• Ability to maintain accurate records
