You will manage customer lottery ticket orders, ensure accurate processing, and maintain real-time order statuses to support efficient operations. You will also help streamline workflows, operate printing/scanning equipment, and contribute to special operational projects, all while maintaining exceptional customer service and reliability.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, with familiarity with common software, including Microsoft Excel.
• Self-starter mentality with sharp attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Physical ability to stand and walk frequently and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process customer lottery ticket orders and redemptions at our local fulfillment center, ensuring accuracy from start to finish.
• Keep our systems updated with real-time customer order statuses and tracking information.
• Streamline and organize workflows to meet daily objectives and hit deadlines.
• Maintain the smooth operation of printing and scanning equipment, ensuring everything runs flawlessly.
• Step in to support various operational projects as they arise, contributing to the team’s overall success.
