Job summary

Digging & Rigging is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to assist rigging operations, customer service, sales, dispatch, and permitting. You will help coordinate daily work, communicate with customers and internal teams, track permits, support sales activities, and assist with rigging tasks as needed.

This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training preferred.
• Experience in customer service, office administration, dispatch, sales support, permitting, or related role preferred.
• Experience in rigging, crane, construction, or industrial services industry preferred.
• Knowledge of scheduling, dispatch coordination, and job documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate permits and related documentation for projects.
• Assist rigging duties and operational tasks as assigned, following safety procedures.
• Provide professional customer service by responding to inquiries and relaying project information.
• Support sales staff with estimates, proposals, and customer follow-up.
• Coordinate dispatch schedules and communicate job details to field personnel and departments.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for projects and customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve coordination and efficiency across daily operations.
