You will partner with Compliance, Relationship Specialists, and the trading desk, handling reconciliations, collateral maintenance, and ad‑hoc requests while ensuring accuracy and timely results. A strong financial services background is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Financial Services or Investment industry is required.
• Detail-oriented, with a client-first mindset, excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new programs and adapt to technology.

Responsibilities

• Engage in all aspects of performance: calculations, reporting, composites, and data audits.
• Assist in revenue management: billing data, invoices, and revenue reports.
• Daily and monthly reconciliation of client portfolios.
• Provide administrative support to sales/marketing: collateral, RFPs, surveys.
• Support Chief Compliance Officer, COO, and trading desk; handle ad-hoc requests.
