The Working Foreman B supports vegetation management and tree‑trimming operations while leading a small crew performing cleanup, chipping and material‑handling tasks. This role requires the ability to work within the minimum approach distance of energized electrical lines and to perform all crew classifications as needed. The Working Foreman B ensures safe work practices, effective equipment use and productive daily operations. This role provides daily direction and oversight but does not manage formal performance reviews. Success in the first 12 months includes maintaining a safe work environment, demonstrating strong technical skills, ensuring consistent crew productivity and supporting high‑quality vegetation management operations across Puerto Rico.
This role involves leading a small crew in vegetation management operations, including chipping, cleanup and support for tree‑trimming activities. You can expect hands‑on work in outdoor environments, exposure to energized electrical lines and daily coordination of equipment, tools and crew tasks. Work is physically demanding and performed year‑round in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity and exposure to vegetation and wildlife. Travel across Puerto Rico, including Vieques and Culebra, may be required based on project needs. The Working Foreman B must maintain a strong safety mindset, communicate effectively and support a productive and cohesive crew.
