Responsibilities include tracking metrics, evaluating opportunities, partnering with management to drive sales and reduce costs, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in financial analysis and accounting roles.
• 2 years leading a team of professionals.
• MBA or related master’s preferred.
• 3–5 years in Hospitality, F&B, or Retail.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Track key financial metrics across the area of responsibility.
• Support development projects by evaluating financial risks and returns.
• Partner with branch management to improve store performance through reviews.
• Evaluate accounting processes and advise on sales growth and cost reductions.
• Maintain compliance with company standards and policies.
• Train management on KPIs and inventory/cost controls.
• Analyze indirect spend and vendor utilization across F&B and Duty Paid.
