Job Summary
Develops and maintains Revenue Cycle/Financial Analysis and creates performance presentations to review with clients. Responsible for assessing operational objectives and performance metrics across revenue cycle areas and executing actions from analysis. Understands client needs and organizational delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Gather, interpret, and translate customer needs into requirements for application development.
  2. Analyze data and product performance, identify issues, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
  3. Build reporting solutions, develop/enhance scorecards, dashboards, and key reports for management and clients.
  4. Develop standards to measure revenue cycle effectiveness, including statistical data for monthly reports.
  5. Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, determine root causes, and prepare monthly discussions with clients and finance teams. Verify data quality and integrity, providing feedback on issues.
  6. Serve as a resource for special projects and priority assignments during analysis.
  7. Manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Ability to work independently and seek guidance when needed.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills.
  • Understanding of financial operations and AR goals in healthcare.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Intermediate knowledge of relational databases.
  • Team player willing to assist and go the extra mile.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data accurately.
  • Detail-oriented and meticulous.

Education / Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Healthcare, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-6 years in physician revenue cycle management.

Physical Demands

Must be able to sit and use a computer.

Work Environment

Office environment.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $20.51 - $30.77/hr, depending on location, qualifications, and experience.
  • Potential signing bonus for qualified new hires.
