Conducts complex data comparisons using multiple internal and external databases for Baptist Health Center for Performance Excellence initiatives. Develops complex reports and analyses, and communicates the results in a comprehensive, accurate, and understandable format.
Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication, organization, and time management skills.

Qualifications:

Degrees:

• Masters

Additional Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in business, engineering, or liberal arts.
• At least five years of experience working with quantitative and statistical data (master's degree may be substituted for two years of experience).
• Advanced skills in spreadsheet, graphics, and relational database software.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills, with the creative ability to present and utilize data effectively.
• Knowledge of Lean principles is desired.
• Knowledge of hospital quality reporting is desired.
• Educational requirements may be substituted with 10 or more years of relevant experience.

Minimum Required Experience: 5 Years

Estimated salary range for this position is $61,140.31 - $84,321.15 per year depending on experience.
