Job summary

Smart IT Frame LLC in Houston, TX seeks an Operations & Performance Analyst on a contract basis to maintain and enhance the solar buyout model and deliver key performance data.

You will generate weekly reports, support issue resolution, and prepare analyses for leadership reviews, leveraging SSMS, Excel, VBA, and Salesforce/AWS.

Qualifications

• Experience in energy operations, reporting, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in SSMS for data extraction and troubleshooting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including modeling and reporting.
• Experience with VBA and Excel automation.
• R Studio for reporting and analytics.
• Experience using Salesforce and AWS.
• Familiarity with Locus/AlsoEnergy, Enphase, and SolarEdge platforms is a plus.
• Strong analytical, data reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting operational, warranty, and performance reporting.
